Open Silver Qualifying Expedition (29-31st July 2027)

This three-day Silver DofE qualifying expedition takes place from Thursday 29 – Saturday 31 July 2027 at Blackland Farm Outdoor Centre.

The qualifying expedition is the opportunity for participants to demonstrate the skills they have developed during their Silver DofE training and practice expedition. Participants will navigate as a team, carry their own expedition equipment and camp overnight, completing their expedition route under qualifying conditions.

Pre-requisite:
Participants must have completed a Silver DofE practice expedition before attending this course and must be able to provide evidence of completion. This could include a DofE expedition record, confirmation from their DofE Leader or other suitable evidence. Participants who have not completed a Silver practice expedition should book the Silver practice and qualifying expeditions back-to-back.
